Laboratory
Manager
MVTL
is currently seeking an exceptional individual to
fill the position of Laboratory Manager in our New
Ulm, MN Microbiology laboratory.
Responsibilities
include:
- Builds
relationships with all external and internal
clients.
- Manages
workload for laboratory and meets overall company
sales goals for location.
- Supervises
the overall operation of the laboratory.
- Provides
technical assistance to clients and customer
service regarding analysis.
- Manages
employees and conducts evaluations.
- Understands
and complies with Federal, State and Local
regulations.
- Works
closely with regulatory officials.
- Ability
to diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical
systems considered a plus.
Our
ideal candidate will possess a B.S. or B.A. in
Microbiology with a minimum of three years laboratory
experience. Strong sales and management skills are a

Laboratory
Technician
MVTL currently has an opening in our New Ulm
Special Chemistry laboratory. The primary
responsibilities include performing routine analysis
including extraction and analyzing various vitamins,
pesticides and other nutritional labeling parameters.
GC or HPLC experience is preferred.
Ideal candidate will possess an A.A.S. in
Chemistry or equivalent laboratory experience

Service Technician
MVTL has an opening for a Field Service Technician
in New Ulm. Responsibilities
include driving to sites, collecting samples, and
performing routine chemistry analysis on groundwater
and waste water. Installs
and monitors wastewater sampling equipment.
Generates analysis of associated results.
Position requires strong interpersonal skills
and problem solving abilities.
Environmental Studies background preferred.
Driving record will be checked.
